Tamarand Properties’ goal has always been to provide reasonably-priced, safe, comfortable and habitable apartments or houses for residents.  We understand and appreciate that while Tamarand or its partners may own the housing units, most importantly these are our residents’ homes.  We strive for our tenants to take as much pride in living in their homes as we do in developing them for their use.

We do our best to do right by tenants, whether that means being responsive to needed repairs or accommodating special concerns.  Our view is that our tenants are our customers, and treating everyone fairly will result in a mutually rewarding experience for our residents and investors alike.  We are grateful to have many so many long term tenants to whom it is a pleasure to serve.
